Superior Telecommunications Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, Master in Communications from the UPC, MBA from ESADE, Promociona Program by ESADE for women managers, and selected in 2019 among the 30 European women managers who followed the European Women on Boards program of the EU to position women on Boards of Directors of European Companies. She is a member of the Sports Experts Committee of the Spanish Marketing Association, a member of the Advisory Board of the eSports BAR and represents MEDIAPRO as a member of the i2CAT Foundation Board of Trustees. She also participates in some associations such as Eje & Con and 50 to 50, organizations dedicated to making visible the role of women and gender parity and diversity in the company and society. She has developed her career in different sectors of technology and telecommunications operators, in companies dedicated to home automation and electronic consumption, to streaming platforms and environments of new digital companies. She has extensive experience in managing the implementation of new technologies and new business models, leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating international work environments. She currently leads several companies and projects of the Mediapro Group, such as LVP and UBEAT (dedicated to gaming, eSports and entertainment for new audiences), Visyon (a leading company in the interactive solutions and immersive technologies sector) and other areas of digital content generation. , in addition to the Innovation area that operates across the Group.
